China is gradually opening up for essential travel only, while domestic restrictions vary and change frequently with changes in infection numbers.
It is now possible to travel between Singapore and China, for business only, after applying for a Safe Travel Pass, and providing negative test results.
Other business and essential travel may be permitted, and required applying for a visa.
Most travelers are still not allowed to enter or transit through China, unless they have a visa issued after March 28th, 2020.
All international arrivals are required to enter a 14 days quarantine in designated locations.
Anyone arriving to China will undergo health screening in the airport.
